O V Festival Anual de Filmes sobre Bicicletas aceita inscrições até dia 17 de Fevereiro 2006.

Este ano talvez não mas para 2007 bem que se podia fazer aqui uma perninha entre os vários realizadores, argumentistas, riders etc ... e podiamos fazer uma pequena brincadeira bem Portuguesa e participar no festival, seria muito bom.

Eu pelo menos vou começar a pensar no assunto.

We have been fortunate enough to include works of established artists such as Jorgen Leth, Mike Mills, Jonas Mekas, Blonde Redhead, Blockhead and Ricky Powell among others as part of our programming. Many of the artists who have participated in the Bike Film Fest such as Matt Goldman, the Neistat Brothers and Lucas Brunelle are gaining more and more recognition for their work. Deveria mandar para lá uma das minhas curtas-metragens. Nem que fosse para depois no festival, servir de exemplo a não seguir. :lol:

DOC tás á espera de quê?

The SIXTH ANNUAL BICYCLE FILM FESTIVAL will be held in New York City May 10-14th at the legendary Anthology Film Archives. The Festival will then tour to Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Melbourne, Sydney, San Francisco, Tokyo and Kyoto.

Please note: each city will have a different program. In 2006 we were fortunate to have 15,000 people attend all our events in five cities.

The bicycle film festival is a celebration of bicycles through film, art and music. We are accepting entries for films with a strong theme or character of bicycles. A fine thriller with one scene of a bicycle chase does not count. We encourage all films with these guidelines to enter:

All lengths 1 minute on up
Short films under 10 minutes are easier to program for our popular shorts program.
Of course all lengths are accepted and screened.

All types: BMX, narratives, docs, experimental, Hollywood, cycling, and so on.
