Questions about Spanish license system

Hello,

I dont speak spanish so if someone know english please explain me something. In my country license is only need in country championships and as I see on the Andalucia Federacion main site it is obligatory to have license to start even in local xc races. So my question is, are there any races in which I can start without license? (btw. my category is sub-23). I live in Seville and I want to race in local races (marathon or xc) over Andalucia but I dont know if I need license or where to register on this races, If someone can help me I would be very aprreciated

In Portugal you can race in class off Promoção, in the local races or Nacional races of XCO, XCM and DH

This is a Portuguese forum mate, and we speak portuguese, not spanish. :fpalm:
Maybe you should post that question on a Spanish forum (wwww.foromtb.com).
