Boas, venho aqui partilhar com todos o que me aconteceu com a encomenda de umas magicshine. Comprei um kit no site magicshie no UK (não posso colocar o link). A empresa em questão tem sede no UK e o material é expedido do UK, por isso eu esperava não ter problemas com a alfândega. Hoje recebo este e-mail da loja:
"We have had your parcel returned by Portugeese customs, they will not let Lithium Ion batteries through as they see them as hazardous items.
So unfortunately we will not be able to get the parcel to you.
I will give you a full re-fund now."
Perguntei à loja se já tinha acontecido alguma vez. A resposta foi esta:
"[FONT=&]This has not happened before but now portugeese cuctoms will not accept anything with a Lithium Ion battery in.[/FONT]"
Em relação à loja tudo 5 estrelas. Boa comunicação e fizeram logo o refund, por isso não questiono a honestidade.
Agora em relação à alfândega: já alguém teve problemas com baterias de Lítio na alfândega em Portugal? É que estas baterias estão por todo o lado: portáteis, câmeras de filmar, telemóveis, etc etc etc.
Nunca me tinha acontecido tal coisa nem nunca tinha ouvido falar de tal coisa em Portugal. Gostava de saber se alguém tem alguma informação sobre este tema (que produtos não passam na alfândega). Para mim isto é "novo" e é uma forma de bloquear as importações isoladas para depois, nas notícias, fazerem um brilharete a dizer que as importações baixaram e que agora exportamos mais...
