Riding and Training in Cascais

Hi my name is Ben. I'm Australian and I'm visiting Cascais from the middle of June to the end of July.

I'm looking for information on trails and any training groups in the area. Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Ben and welcome
You have a lot of trails in a very nice place call´s Serra de Sintra and its near Cascais , you can find there a variety of trails and terrain, here we call "Meca do BTT" in this forum if you do a search for "Sintra" you find a lot of stuff. About the groups you have a lot too , and on sundays you`ll find a lot of people riding there.
Pack your bike and come here cause you gonna love it
