Boas! so I have found some of the wonderful trails here in Sintra, hat's off to the builders and the riders!! muito grande bolas!! 8-o
since I live in Sintra now, I have found some good trails to get to the top of the mountain, onto the Pena palace road, and out to the Pe de Serra/Monges area on the road (243?). some of those descents are hairy, and I have tried to ride back up some parts with little luck. I'd love to just rip down something toward the coast, but I don't know my way around well enough to count on finding the ridable way back up before nightfall!
So I wanted to find out if there is a bus line running from Cascais to Sintra that I could catch somewhere along the way? I've read that the ScottURB route 403 goes from Cascais to Sintra, stopping at Malveira de Serra, Azoia Chafariz, Cabo da Rocha, etc. but with their "stellar" website, I can't really confirm anything.
so does anyone know if they will take a bicycle (and rider) from one of these stops back to Sintra?
